Our third Festival promises to be bigger and better than before! We have some popular performers returning to us and lots and lots of new faces.
We are delighted to welcome The Oundle Bookshop, who will be proving a pop-up bookshop service for the first time this year. Authors will be in the bookshop after their talks, signing books, posing for selfies and chatting to visitors.
Also, throughout the weekend, we are running a series of writing workshops for aspiring authors. Taking place in our village youth club, they will cover every aspect of writing. Look out for more details of this event.
Another new departure for us, is the film show on Friday evening. As a lead up to the talk by Tricia Stewart on Saturday afternoon, we are showing Calendar Girls on Friday evening at 19.00. We are sure that this will be very popular so book your tickets early.
Back, by popular demand, is Mark Cary, repeating his amazing one man show ‘Into the Breach’ on Saturday evening and James Hornsby will bring our festival to what we know will be a memorable close with his version of ‘Oliver Twist’.
